Returns & Refund Policy – GentleTrim
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa.

Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
Customers may cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the product without reason.
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
- A full refund will be issued within 30 days after cancellation.

Defective or Faulty Products
If a product is defective, unsafe, or not working as intended:
- Customers may choose a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Return shipping will be covered by GentleTrim.

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered
- The product is not in original condition or packaging
- The return is due to change of mind outside the cooling-off period

Suitability Returns (10-Day Rule)
If the product is not suitable for a specific purpose communicated at purchase, it may be returned within 10 business days. -
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. -
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection of returned goods.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.
